If you're unfamiliar with how affordable and comprehensive concierge healthcare can be I'm happy to share the many benefits of our membership-based family and functional medicine practice. And if you're not familiar with a direct pay program like ours, I'll explain exactly how our clients have come to expect excellence from us.
UltraPersonal healthcare members can book same-day or next-day appts.
You don't have to wait weeks to talk to your provider, in fact you often don't even have to wait a few hours. Members have 24 / 7 phone & text access to our team.
We're always here to answer your questions when you need us.
We also don't rush you.
Most people have come to anticipate visits to providers to have an unnecessarily long waits in drab lobbies filling out paperwork on clunky clipboards and getting only 15 minute appointments to discuss important and complex health issues and if you're lucky the appointment starts on time.
Instead you can fill out any of the paperwork online anytime from the comfort of your home.
We always start patient visits on time and appointments are anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, just in case you need it.
We cover just about everything you'd want and need from a primary care practice.
All of your routine wellness exams, blood panels, common procedures, prescribing medications, referrals to specialists, pediatrics, women's wellness and illness and injury visits. We just don't cover catastrophic care like ER visits and hospitalizations.
For premium members we also offer home visits.
We take pride in making healthcare easy to access. That includes: no surprise billing and wholesale prices for tests & procedures.
We care about our patients.
Each of us discusses and stays up to date on patient visits and needs.
Many of our patients have found that a year's worth of membership with UPHC is often less than one to two visits to a functional medicine provider, and that's with sub-standard access and experience.
Some of our members still keep their current health insurance, while many others have discovered that basic catastrophic insurance, or a health share, is all they need since they get exceptionally better and more comprehensive care with our membership.

Did you know the average primary care physician in the United States has over 3000 patients? At UltraPersonal Healthcare, our providers never have more than 596 patients, total. And since we don't accept insurance, we don't have the costs that come with hiring & maintaining an insurance billing department. This decreases our overhead expenses by at least 50%. We pass that savings directly to you!
